Mission Update: Project Water Well – A Prophetic Connection!

Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days. Ecclesiastes 11:1

Even before I saw children in Uganda trying to collect filthy water from the ditches, I have wanted to see clean water available to those who do not have it. In 2009, because of God’s favor, I was able to distribute 1,000 LifeStraws™ to Ugandan schoolchildren. Then just before Christmas 2010, my firsthand account of Pastor Peter Sewakiryanga’s work in the village of Kyampisi swayed the Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale to build a water-well there. I cannot describe the JOY that filled my heart when I heard that news! Glory to God!!!

So you can imagine my excitement when my pastor, Scott Westbrook of Riverstone Church, recently shared a project to raise $4,800 for a water-well! As he was describing it to the congregation, I wondered if the friends of The Father’s Love Int’l Ministries would join in to help accomplish this act of kindness. Once the funds come in for this project, the ministry who commissions the digging of the wells will then let us know its location.

Here is what I am seeing prophetically through this united effort: I believe God is going to connection us to a community that we don’t yet know! It is my prayer that you will join in this effort, and then watch and see what the Lord does through it.

Let me leave you with this sweet testimony. One of the women at Riverstone Church shared how her eight-year old son proudly gave her 7 pennies for the project. He announced, “The water-well can now be built!” His mother explained it would take more than 7 pennies, but the best thing for him to do was to pray and ask God how much he was to give. (I love her wisdom!) He came back later with his piggy bank in hand and reported the Lord said to give it all. The boy then told his five-year old sister, “It feels SO GOOD to give so that other children can have clean water!” She in turn brought her piggy bank to her mom and gave her the money she had been saving for a toy. As she shared, I don’t think there wasn’t a dry eye in the church. It’s no wonder that Jesus urges us to come to Him as a child!

My question is simple; will you do as these children did and ask God if you are to help with this village’s miracle? If the Lord asks you help with the building of this water-well, please go to www.thefathersloveim.org to give through PayPal with a credit or debit card. If you prefer to send a check or money order, mail it to The Fathers Love Int’l, PO Box 1573, Buford, GA, 30542. Please memo “water.”

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration. I hope to hear from you soon!

In the Father’s love,

Judy A Bauman

Ministry Update January 11, 2016

Judy A Bauman

A BELATED HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Grace and peace to you and yours this New Year! So sorry for the late greeting, but my husband and I were traveling to visit his father.

MINISTRY UPDATE: WHAT DID WE DO IN 2015?
Kyampisi Childcare Ministries in Uganda has grown considerably. Their leader, Pastor Peter Sewakiryanga and his wife, Joeline, were here in September. It is amazing what God is doing there and through him to bring awareness to his campaign to End Child Sacrifice and to speak around the world concerning child trafficking. Their efforts have produced an increase in child sponsorship, but there is still so much to do at KCM. They had several ministries help with the efforts for their ever-growing community Christmas outreach!

Pastor Peter is also planning an ordination service this spring for the leaders at Kyampisi and has asked me to come to pray over those being ordained as well as to speak. Several other pastors have been asking me to come back for several years now. I would love to be able to go, but I can only go if God sends me. If you believe that is the Lord’s will, please contribute to that effort. When God is sending a person to a place, I believe He will make the provision for it. (See Matthew 10:40-42; 25:40) This trip costs about $3000 for airfare, local hotel, travel, phone, and meals.

The Father’s Love Int’l also helped a two other schools in Uganda celebrate Christmas. These are people we know well, have personally visited, and have maintained contact. One was in Musisi where my precious “Momma” lived. When I met this woman, Pastor David Okecho’s mother, she and I were instant friends. I learned this past week that she has passed away. I rejoice for her going home to see Jesus face-to-face, but she was the matriarch of 4 generations in that small village, and her passing leaves a big gap. She cared for 15 children that had no one else, and honestly, I don’t know who is caring for them now. When I sent the Christmas money to Pastor David, I received a text back from him. He wrote, “Thank you for loving Momma. Had it not been for you, we had actually gave up for Christmas. May the Lord bless your life and family abundantly. Merry Christmas.” Glory to God! If I had not had donations given to this ministry, I would not have been able to give to theirs! I am so grateful to our loving Father to have been able to bless her last Christmas here on earth. God is so faithful.

The other school we helped this year was in Jinja, Uganda with Pastor Fred Mwanje. It is my hope to bless more schools visited.

We were able to raise funds for Christian Disaster Response (CDR) to help with the growing crisis of Christian Syrians when they were still in Turkey. This effort helped with needed medical supplies. CDR is an amazing ministry that goes in when things are at their worst.

We have one lady who continues to help us to send support to Vertical Life Ministries and The Ebenezer House in Bolivia. I love that we have maintained that connection.

We also sent a love offering to Haddon and Sue Minns earlier in the year to help with their ministry efforts in Israel. They are now back in Long Island, Bahamas working to clean up after Hurricane Joaquin. That has been a very difficult effort. The hurricane gained strength just before hitting the narrow Island head-on. The south end, where Haddon and Sue’s ministry is based, was hit the hardest. This many months later, they just now got their internet back! Please keep them in prayer. If you want to help, I will send them all donations sent in for them (see website’s home page). I know it would be deeply appreciated.

Book Update:
After finishing my book, Jewels from the River, I set out to write a second book. In fact, I had to pull out about 7 chapters from the first one because it was getting too big (making it more expensive to buy). I have been working on it; however, after an onslaught of family and health issues that have demanded my attention, I am still not through the initial writing process. The chapters in this book are much more intense and speak to the direction of the church, so I want to make sure I carefully convey what I believe the Lord has shown me. Remember, in these visions I represent the Church. If they were just for me, I never would have shared them publically. Please pray for me that I would not only be able to finish the 2nd book with everything going on, but that doors would open for me to teach and impart the Father’s love. It is my prayer that I only speak what the Father has sent me there to speak and pray what He would have me pray. It’s my hope to bring hot, fresh bread from heaven to serve to the people where I’m sent and to lift the name of Jesus! The greatest harvest is yet to come and there is so much to do. If you want to hear some of my teachings, go to http://thefathersloveim.org/live_messages. You can only listen to these on a computer, not a mobile device as it uses Adobe Flash to operate.

LET US SEEK HIS FACE!
While 2015 was full of challenges, God has been faithful. It is my hope to better follow and obey Him this year. Though it seems like I am still only throwing pebbles in an ocean of need, this is what I know: There is only One Savior and His name is Jesus! The Bible doesn’t tell us to seek God’s hand, but it repeatedly urges us to SEEK HIS FACE! If I have anything to impart, it would be this truth: WE MUST SEEK HIS FACE all of our days! By doing this, we will be able to know where God is directing us. We will hear what He is saying so we know what to speak to encourage others in Christ; we will feel and even smell His presence to know when He is moving so that we can move with Him. Come! Taste and see that the Lord is good! This is my prayer for you and for me. Let us pray and edify each other and those around us in Christ Jesus. Amen!

In the Father’s love,

Rev Judy A Bauman

P.S. I forgot about the water well, but you can read about that below.

As we prepare for Christmas, please remember us in your giving. The Christmas Dinner outreach in Kyampisi, Uganda has brought hundreds to the Lord and the region, which was once steeped in ritualistic witchcraft, is now enjoying godly transformation! We are so thankful for this, but do not want to rest on our laurels. So please, send a donation today so the leaders there can better plan this wonderful community event.
(Click link to the left for PayPal giving or go to Home page for mailing instructions.)

Thank you for your prayerful consideration.

Blessings!
Judy

Reminder: Project Water Well – A Prophetic Connection!

Right now, we are involved in raising funds for a water-well. This worthy project is about more than water. I truly believe we have a supernatural bond with the village where the well will be dug It’s a God thing!! Stop and think about how dependant you are on water and how difficult life would be without it. There is no doubt that this water-well will transform the lives of every person that drinks from it! Are you a friend of The Father’s Love Int’l Ministries who will join in to help accomplish this act of kindness? I truly hope so!

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

[Ministry needs arise daily, and it’s not practical to have fundraisers for them all. Even small donations can mean a lot to those on the mission field who face medical crises as well as other needs. Please help me help them! We have a policy not to send funds to anyone that we do not first developed a personal relationship. All donations receive thoughtful consideration prior distribution. Thank you for uniting with us and helping those whom God sends us.]

Relief for Displaced Syrian and Iraqi Christians!
Let’s Reveal the Father’s love!

April 14, 2015

We have heard for over a year how ISIS (ISIL) has been on the attack against Christians in Syria, Turkey, Iraq and other regions in the Middle East. Our brethren have had to flee to the mountains and have received very little help. If these Christians (many who watched in horror as their children and other family members be tortured and sacrificed in front of them), have been on your heart, we have a ministry contact that is on the ground helping them.

Please prayerfully give a donation to help these Christians who are in tribulation and are suffering greatly for their faith. 100% of your gift will be given for the purpose. Dr. Ron Patterson at CDR wrote, “I have returned from the Middle East after seeing firsthand the true face of Islam, and it is evil… Christians and minority Kurds are being slaughtered daily… Not so long ago there were hundreds of thousands of Christians in Iraq. Now Christians are hiding in three locations and they need emergency assistance. Only a very few Christian Relief Organizations are providing aid and they need our help.”

Please – help me help them! As the apostle Paul taught, when one part of the body hurts, the whole body hurts and all suffer with it; but if one is honored, all members rejoice. (1 Cor 1:26 paraphrased) Please help me to honor our displaced brethren, and honor the lives of the 21 Christians we saw publicly beheaded by ISIS. Together, let’s help equip the response team there!

You may give your tax-deductible donation through PayPal online at www.thefathersloveim.org, or you may send a check or money order to:

The Father’s Love Int’l Ministries

PO Box 1573

Flowery Branch, GA 30542

Please memo the donation “ISIS Refugees” and know that 100% of all funds collected for this effort will be sent to the Disaster Relief fund and used exclusively for this purpose.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful consideration.

In the Father’s love,

Judy Bauman

December 2014 Update

December 2014 Update

Please forgive this delayed update. I appreciate all the precious notes I received and prayers lifted up for my brother’s family and for me. I want to get back to you individually, but I have been a bit overwhelmed. I have wrestled with this personal loss, but God has been good to minister to me. He does comfort those who mourn and I know your prayers were instrumental in that comfort. Thank you!

As the Lord told Joshua, after Moses had been dead for 30 days, it was time to cross the river. It is time to cross the river and take the land that God has given us. The Father’s love will change the landscape of what is going on around us. I see many are frightened by everyday news, but I am here to tell you that God is not surprised by any of it! In fact, Jesus warned us that tribulation would come. He Himself, along with Paul, John, Peter, James, and Jude gave us instructions on how to get through it all and get under the mission of God. (Submit!) Our Father is not surprised or shocked by ANYTHING happening in the world right now. Therefore, when we feel fear, when we are in need, we need to go boldly to the Throne of Grace and see what is happening from God’s perspective. This is the perspective of heaven and when we have it, we will be confident that we are more than conquerors! We will know what He is telling us to do about it. (See Hebrews 4:14-16; Romans 8:37) Amen!

I have just one request at this time since I will not be traveling on missions, and that is to give a tax-deductible contribution for the Ugandan children’s Christmas fund. As always, 100% donated will go for this purpose.

Again, thank you for praying for me and for the ministry, and thank you for your thoughtful contribution.

Ministry Update:

B
ecause of your generous gifts, we were able to help 300 abducted children transportation home! HALLELUJAH! (See story below)

Not only did we (this little ministry) raise enough for that group of desperate kids, but we had enough donated to help a number of others in the same situation across the region. WOW! God is so good. On top of this, but some of the captors turned their hearts to Jesus! Because of this, an especially cruel and massive child abduction plot was exposed in Eastern Africa. Wow – Wow! Isn’t it amazing how God can multiply what we give! Thank you so much for being His hands and feet!

If this ministry has been a blessing to you, please prayerfully consider partnering with us or sending a love offering. So many serious needs arise daily. We don’t have to be helpless by-standers! We can make a difference. Even a “widow’s mite” can mean life or death to someone in need. Contributions can be given online by credit card through PayPal at www.thefathersloveim.org

Urgent Mission Update!

October 7, 2014

“I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.” John 14:18

Just now I received an urgent request for funds to transport 300 children who were abducted from Uganda and taken to a neighboring country. These children were rescued 5 days ago and they are just waiting for help. We only need $150 to get them home! Any addition funds that come in will be sent for their needs (i.e.: food, water, medical care). Please, please – help me help these children! Go to www.thefathersloveim.org to give through PayPal. May we be the hands and feet of Jesus!

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

Sincerely,
Judy Bauman

JULY 2014 UPDATE!

Here is the latest:

  • Book News: - Would you like a signed copy of “Jewels from the River”? Order through my website and I will personally send you a signed copy! If you want to purchase it for a gift, please send me the name and address of the recipient. It is available at www.jewelsfromtheriver.com. If you have read it, please consider writing a review at Amazon or BarnesAndNoble.
  • Mission News – There are ongoing challenges our loved ones on the mission field are facing right now and we would like to be able to help. However, it’s not practical to send out a letter requesting funds every time a creditable need comes to our attention. Our hands are tied in many cases for the simple reason we do not have the funds available. If this ministry has been a blessing to you, would you pledge to make a monthly or quarterly tax-deductible contribution? We could then budget funds for immediate relief to those in need. Please, join hands with us! Unlike a huge organization where your gift can be like a drop in the ocean, donations given to The Father’s Love Int’l can truly make a difference in individual lives. No one takes a salary; it all goes to the work of the ministry! You may give online through PayPal at www.thefathersloveim.org or by check/money order:

The Father’s Love Int’l Ministries, P.O. Box 1573, Flowery Branch, GA 30542

May the Father greatly bless you for standing with us as we stand with others in need.

  • Facebook Fathers Love is the facebook name used for the ministry. Let’s keep in touch! I enjoy sharing photos and would love to hear from you.
  • Receiving Posts – Thank you for replying to the request to respond to keep receive my posts. I was able to weed out dead email accounts and cut costs for the ministry. If you know someone who would be blessed by the prophetic words sent out, please let them know they can receive them directly by signing up online. I do not share email addresses with anyone and send only 2-4 posts per month. If you do change your email, please let me know the old address so I can remove it and add the new one. Thanks!

Sincerely your sister and co-laborer in Christ Jesus,

Rev. Judy Bauman

The Father’s Love Mission’s Update

“Jewels from the River” is now in the hands of the publisher. I will make an announcement when it’s available. Everything comes forth in its proper season! How the Lord is going to use the encounters with Him, which I share in this book, is a mystery to me, but I know He has a plan. The only thing God requires of any of us is to say, “Yes, Lord!” In the meantime, I continue to seek God’s will, share what the Holy Spirit reveals, and stand with Pastor Peter in Uganda. By the way, both children (George and Allan) are doing very well after their reconstructive surgeries’. Thank you so much for your prayers and support.

The Lord has been kind to give me a glimpse for the ministry, and I believe there will be a mission trip yet this year. The directive the Lord gave to ‘Clean the Wells of Your Inheritance’ is still very much on my mind and in my heart. This has led me to look into my European roots and specifically my Welsh heritage. It is peculiar to me that the Lord took me to Israel to show the importance of that legacy! The Holy Spirit also gave a word that the Church is in a season where we need to “PREPARE” for the wave to come. ‘Cleaning the Wells’ is vital to that preparation.

If you would like to read those two words, please visit:

P.S. After writing this newsletter, I decided to look up and read about the Welsh Revival. You can imagine my utter shock when I came upon an article in Charisma Magazine about Redigging the Wells of the Welsh Revival! I was in Israel the same year this pastor and his team traveled to Wales, but this article was published the day after my birthday this year! What a wonderful gift!!! (Thank You for the confirmation, Father! You bring all things together in perfect timing.)

Grace and peace to you and yours this Passover Season!

I greet you in the Father’s love as we celebrate God’s greatest gift to mankind in the life, death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus our Messiah! Glory to God!

Book Update

Please forgive my lack of communication these past few months. When the Lord commissioned me to write the book, “Jewels from the River,” I thought a lot of the material would be from what I had already written. However, as I read through my journals from when these personal encounters with the Lord first began, I came to realize the first ones were very foundational. I believe the book is about a month away from being sent to the publisher. It will be available both in paperback and eBook. If you would like to reserve a paperback copy, please let me know.

A Little Leaven

This may seem an odd thing to share, especially at Passover,[i] but I keep finding myself drawn to a Scripture in Matthew 13:33. Jesus describes a woman working leaven (yeast) into three lumps of dough. He says that this is likened to the kingdom of heaven. The “leaven of heaven” works to infuse the Father’s love into people’s hearts and this raises our hope and faith. The God of all Hope wants to lighten our load and give the peace that surpasses all understanding.

While Jesus warned against the leaven of Herod (worldliness), the Pharisees (hypocrisy), and the Sadducees (error), He does want the leaven of heaven to be worked in us. We must learn to rise above and see from the Father’s perspective – because we can! God even invites us to do this boldly.[ii]It is my hope that this book will help raise people’s faith and lift our hope in God’s unfailing love. Jesus really does want us to personally know Him by His Spirit.

The Father’s Love Mission’s Update

Several leaders have asked me to come back to Uganda and hold another Pastor’s Conference. A teaching has been brooding in my spirit recently, and it is my desire that the Lord will open the door for me to share it there. I believe if I touch the leaders with a specific message from the Father, then they can in turn touch their congregations, and their flocks will then touch their families and community. This is my hope.

Since I have an open invitation to teach through radio there, that will expand the message into regions of Kenya, the Congo, Sudan and Tanzania. While this is a very effective way to minister to the church there, I do not want to go anywhere the Lord is not specifically directing me to go. Please pray and see if the Lord would have you support this trip.

It is my prayer that you have a blessed time as you celebrate Passover/Resurrection Sunday. This is a holiday that I believe we will celebrate all throughout eternity!

Chag Sameach! (Hebrew for: “Happy Holiday!” or “Joyous Festival!”)

Christmas 2012 Update!
May this letter find you thriving in God’s grace!
Recently I was able to talk with Pastor Peter via Skype about Christmas. He told me that they desire to do something special for the children at the school for Christmas, but there are no funds for it. Each year we have collected donations to bless these children at Christmas and I would like to be able to bless them again this year.

Pastor Peter told me that it would be “EPIC” if the children could have some rice, a little meat and a soda as a treat. They rarely get meat and coke is especially a favorite! As all children are, George is also is hopeful that they will have a special time at Christmas. Pastor Peter reports that the children have been practicing Christmas carols and plan to go around the village singing and bringing holiday cheer to those there. He also desires to have enough to be able to take some food to the elderly there in the village.

Will you help to make this Christmas special for these children in Kyampisi, Uganda? It is my hope that you will join us in making their ‘Yuletide Bright’! Please send your tax-deductable gift by check or money order to:

AUGUST MISSION UPDATE

August 27, 2012
Dear Friends of The Father’s Love Int’l Ministries,

Please forgive my delay in sending you an update for both the ministry and news concerning little George (the boy who needed surgery after being attacked).  Communication has been difficult, but what I have been able to gather is the surgery has been a lifesaver and George is bounding with energy and life. Thank God for the doctors who donated their services in Australia. It is amazing how God put all that together. I believe when we rejoice in what God is doing in others, God will touch our prayers in a special way.  George is said to be very intelligent and thoughtful for his young age of 5. Recently one of the workers at the school posted a short conversation she had with George on her facebook page. It went like this:

George - "There will be no sleeping in heaven."
Her reply: “Why do you say that George?"
George - "Because the light that shines from God, will keep everyone awake!"

According to Pastor Peter, he has wonderful insights like this all the time. I know that he will have testimonies of God’s goodness, faithfulness and love that will change nations! Thank you for whatever part you did to help this miracle come about. Obviously there are going to be ongoing medical needs, so if you choose to continue to sow into his life you can send a donation to the address below or through PayPal online and 100% received will go to him (put “George” in the memo).

Since the Holy Spirit has been speaking mostly personal words and direction for the ministry, I haven’t had much to send out publically.  I am not one to send a post out unless the Lord has directed it, but I do want to let you know I will soon have an exciting announcement to make – likely in October. So watch for that news! In the meantime, I do have some financial needs for the ministry. If The Father’s Love has been a blessing to you, donations would be appreciated. You may give an offering online by credit card at www.thefathersloveim.org or send a check or money order to:

MISSION UPDATE! MAY 2012!
May 12, 2012
Dear Friends of The Father’s Love Int’l Ministries,

OH REJOICE WITH ME! I just got the best Mother's Day gift a 'Jajjah' could receive.  God is so great and He is so good to do what He’s done for my spiritual son’s spiritual son!!! Peter Sewakiryanga was interviewed by the Sydney Morning Herald about this medical situation concerning 5 year old George (See link below). I was blessed beyond measure and full of joy when I saw this picture from the newspaper!

There are no words to describe my gratitude for all of you who TOOK ACTION to help George! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Glory to God for the doors only He could open for this child’s surgery and recovery!   It is your gifts and prayers that made the difference and no doubt there will be a special jewel in your crown with his name on it!

If you feel the Lord is leading you to participate in the fruitfulness of this ministry through giving, you may donate online through PayPal at

Thank you for your prayers and thoughtful consideration to financially support the ministry of the Father’s love to the nations.

Sincerely yours,
Rev Judy Bauman

Here is a link to the article that ran in the newspaper. It shares more details about what has been going on with George.

 January 2012

This past year has been perhaps one of the most tumultuous in the history of the world. Romans 8:19 tells us all creation travails for God’s children to be made manifest. While many are running to and fro seeking answers, it is my solemn prayer that what the prophet Isaiah spoke will be true of you: “For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and gross darkness on the people; but the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1, 2)

Though I spent much of 2011 at the Lord’s feet earnestly seeking His direction for the ministry, He did send me to Israel in April. On so many levels, this was an amazing miracle! While it was mostly an intercessory mission trip, I also received personal ministry from the Lord.

Surprisingly, it was in Jerusalem that the Holy Spirit began to open up my eyes to see The Father’s Love Int’l traveling to both Western and Eastern Europe to share His love with the people there.  God is redigging the wells of inheritance, and though I have no way of knowing the fullness of it, I believe the Lord is waiting for us to claim the nations in His name. (see Psalm 2:8)

Europe, by-in-large, has forgotten her roots; however, God holds her rich heritage in His hands and has it in safe keeping for her awakening.  As I wait upon the Lord to open the doors for this trip, anticipation is growing. I believe in every place visited many will dramatically have restored to them a measure of the Father’s love, hope and joy. Missionaries have plowed this spiritually hardened ground for years without seeing much fruit; however, I believe the Lord is about to repair the breach! This breakthrough will involve spiritual, emotional and physical healing; and whatever my part is in this restoration, I want to be sure and do the Lord’s will. He is asking, “Who will go?” I am answering, “Send me!”

Please pray and ask the Lord how you can help support this trip. Clearly for this mission trip to be successful, I will need prayer partners and those who will stand with me with financial contributions. I believe as we sow into what the Lord’s heart is for Europe, we will see an awakening here in the United States. As we step out in faith together, the Lord will bring everything into focus in its perfect time. He has been faithful to connect me with the needed contacts for every other mission trip He’s sent me on, as well as providing for all needs. I completely trust that He will again.

This prophetic word is tied into this trip:

February 2012

Grace and peace to you and yours!

It is my prayer this letter finds you well.  If you have read my posts for any amount of time, you have heard me share that it is the Lord’s desire for us to do and say only what He is doing and saying.  While on this earth, Jesus was in perfect unity with the Father’s will in all He said and did.  That amazes me!  We are to follow His example.  We need to do what He’s shown us even if we feel we are high up in a tree, at the farthest tip of a tiny, frail little limb.  The Father has promised that if He has called us out on a limb, He will hold it up!  Praise God!  Only He could do such a thing!!!  (See vision: limb)

The heart of God for the mission trip I shared with you last month to both western and eastern Europe is just such a limb!  (If you didn’t receive that update, click Jan2012) I believe the Father is going to touch Europe with His love in an extraordinary way in 2012.  I know when it comes to mission trips: one plants, another waters, but it is God who brings forth the growth!  How the Father intends to touch the land through my journey there – I don’t know – that’s up to Him; but I believe He intends to do something significant across Europe this year.  The “wells of inheritance” will flow from God’s throne room – all things are possible for those who believe! (See wellsofinheritance)

For the most part religious institutions have kept the people from knowing the Father’s love; only a few enjoy a personal and loving relationship with Jesus.  While many have rejected Him, God has not rejected Europe!  He is calling to her to WAKE UP and return to Him.  Jesus revealed in the parable we know as the “Prodigal Son,” that the father ran to greet his lost son as he returned home; and I see this is how our heavenly Father desires to run and embrace His lost children in Europe! I am convinced that it is His desire to reveal His heart toward them in a fresh and understandable manner.  (See Luke 15:11-32)

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:13-15

My heart burns whenever I read what Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 9:16, “For when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, since I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!” (Emphasis mine)

DECEMBER 2011 MISSION NEWS!
Grace and Peace to you and yours!

Soon it will be Christmas Day!

When I think of this special holiday, I can’t help but think of how precious Christmas was when I was a child. Decorating the tree was a celebrated family event that my Dad made fun and memorable. We watched as he set up the tree, put lights on it, and Mom took pictures. Then we would all hang garland and ornaments. We’d all stand back and watch as Dad put the star on top and then plugged in the lights. It was beautiful! The best part was how much fun we had together as a family!

But then came the first Christmas after my Dad passed away. I was 11 and very determined to honor him by putting up a tree, but no one else wanted to bother with it that year. I will not go into the details of that rather distressing story, but I learned after a parent dies, things will never be the same without them.

Children don’t choose to be orphaned. It is thrust upon them.  God has a very special place in His heart for fatherless children and widows. He also has ways of blessing those who bless them – I have seen it from both sides. As it turns out, God sent this orphan to a nation of orphans to bless them with His love. In truth, there are no orphans of God – only sons and daughters who belong to the King of kings!

The Father gave us His best when He gave Jesus, and for me Christmas has become a time to honor God and His great love for us by giving to children who have nothing. Honestly, as I reflect on this, I know that feeding children will honor my Dad’s memory more than putting up a tree ever could. Especially because he used to always tell me, “Eat everything on your plate – there are starving children in Africa!” (I know many of you can relate to this form of “dinnertime encouragement.” J) But he was right – there are. The children I pray to bless are ones I’ve seen with my own eyes, have held, and hugged. I’ve prayed for them and brought them food; I’ve seen their faces filled with joy and relief knowing they will eat that day.

Last year we raised funds for a Christmas dinner for children in a remote village in Uganda where my spiritual son, Peter Sewakiryanga, founded a school and church. The village children were able to celebrate together and hear the story of Jesus’ miraculous birth! My heart jumps at the chance to bless them with a special treat as they again are told Christ’s story this year. Not only that, but I want to raise enough to help them put food in their pantry that will last well into the New Year. This is my Christmas wish!!! Peter is a man of superb and humble character and one I don’t hesitate to help. I know all given him will go to bless the children. Together let’s show there are people who love and pray for them, and are genuinely thinking of their well-being. Let’s hug them from afar! James 1:27 comes to mind. Please help me bless the children and lighten the burden of their leader. May the love of Christ be shed abroad!

OCTOBER 2011 MISSION NEWS! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Today I share from my heart about the season that is upon us…

Happy New Year! You may be wondering what I mean by this because the calendar that most of us use shows we are in the first week of October 2011; however, the Jewish calendar reveals something else! The Hebraic New Year 5772 has just begun! Even as I write this we are in the midst of the Jewish celebration called The Ten Days of Awe. These are High Holy Days which Jews set apart for solemn reflection, repentance of heart and joyful hope which conclude on the holiest of day of Yom Kippur – The Day of Atonement. This is something much deeper than a time to make resolutions. “Resolutions” cannot bring about hope-filled redemption! In recent years I’ve noticed the Father’s heart move within the times and traditions of the Hebraic calendar, so I’m learning to pay closer attention to God-breathed holidays and feasts. (This website has a lot of helpful information: http://www.jewfaq.org/toctimes.htm)

The Father reveals Himself in different ways: As seasonal changes can be seen in the natural, so too can spiritual changes. For example, a person will exhibit new ways of speaking and treating others when they have truly repented of a life of sin and accepted salvation bought by Jesus the Messiah at Calvary. It’s like they have come out of the dormancy of winter and blossomed in spring! Something the Lord showed me awhile back is that at any given time in all areas of life we are in one of three stations: in preparation, in battle, or at rest. Wisdom is knowing which one we are in at any given point in time! Obviously we wouldn’t want to rush into battle when we are supposed to be preparing or resting – as well when we are in battle we first need to have rested up and gotten prepared in order to be victorious.

THE MISSION! Much of this year I’ve been at the Lord’s feet resting and earnestly seeking His direction. Today I write to share a vision so that together we may prepare for a coming mission. What I believe I’m seeing is a trip that will involve several destinations – including both Western and Eastern Europe, and at least three nations in Africa (South Africa, Zimbabwe and Uganda). In every nation visited I believe that many will be restored to the Father’s love and this will involve spiritual, emotional and physical healing as well. I sense that as we step out in faith together, the Lord will bring everything into focus at its perfect time and make all needed connections. He has been faithful to do this for every other mission trip He’s sent me on, and I trust completely He will again.

The priests who carried the Ark across the Jordan River come to mind: They had to step out in faith and touch the water’s edge before the river ceased to flow – and all while it was in flood stage!!! This is how the Israelites entered the Promised Land! (See Joshua 3:14-17. Full story: Chapters 3 and 4) Given the day and hour in which we live, I sense an urgency to be prepared for more than just calamity. May wisdom prevail! It is not a time to shrink back; I believe it is time to prepare to advance the Good News of the kingdom of heaven like never before. This is what the Lord has called us to do as a Church. It is time to make a leap of faith and bring the impartation and edification of the Father’s Love to leaders and their congregations. If you believe you are to help send me on this mission quest, you may give online by credit card through PayPal at www.thefathersloveim.org or by check or money order to:

MISSION ISRAEL 2011!

My trip to Israel was profound in so many ways; it is difficult to know where to start!  The Father absolutely opened every door that needed to be opened, provided for every need – even to the point of being extravagant in His love. I am so grateful to Him for His “pouring out” over me.  Because of the nature of the days we live in, much of what took place has to be kept sealed. I pray you understand. There is a day that the Father will allow it to be revealed, but it is not today.

This entire trip was an intensely blessed time where the Lord spoke directly into my life. The only word for the Church the Lord gave me during my time in Israel was what I sent you last week called, “Come Away from the Ledge of Despair.” This word directly speaks into end-time scenarios that are producing fear that is not from the heart of our Father. “God has not given us a spirit of fear but power, love and a sound and well-balanced mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7) It is my prayer that we make peace be our umpire; may it rule and reign in our hearts!

Some of you took the opportunity to sow into the lives of my hosts in Jerusalem; those gifts were greatly appreciated. This precious couple generously housed me and extended an invitation to share in their Seder Feast. This is something my heart has longed for since I surrendered my life to Jesus! The Seder Feast or Pesach is known by Christians as the Last Supper. It is the Passover Feast (also known as the Feast of Unleavened Bread) and is what the Lord shared with His disciples just prior to His death on the Cross. (See Matthew 26) It was an amazing experience and a gift from God that I do not take lightly. All of the symbolism that Jews have practiced for centuries during these Holy Days, point to Jesus as the Passover Lamb and Messiah. It is my sincere hope that they will turn, look and behold their King!

As I wrote you prior to the Lord sending me on this trip, the ministry is in dire need of a computer. Mine was working very slowly before the trip and this voyage was very taxing on it. I will be doing a great deal of writing in the days to come and working with photos taken, so your gifts sown toward a computer are genuinely and deeply appreciated!

While in Israel, I took this photo of the Eastern Wall.  Right as I got there the sun came out from behind the cloud.  All creation testifies to the glory of God!
MISSION ISRAEL – NOW IN PROGRESS!

It has been an amazing first week in Israel!  The Lord has opened many doors for me while here, and I am so grateful to Him.  One door of provision has been a precious couple who has generously housed me. Hotels are wildly expensive in Jerusalem, especially during the Passover/Easter holiday. This has been a beautiful gesture on their part. The Father has also made a number of other connections for ministry that could have only been HIM. Praise God for divine connections!!!

In fact, what I have seen in Israel is “streams of living water” being braided together. They come together – then they go out. People from all over the world are here flowing together. Some people I have been blessed to meet in one place, I have met again somewhere else in the city! Truly Jerusalem is a place of great convergence!!! This may also be why there is so much conflict here. Not everyone rejoices in that uniting flow. Obviously this is no secret and perhaps the reason Jesus asked us to “pray for the peace of Jerusalem.” This convergence helps me also understand more about why everyone wants this land. It seems to call to people and say, “Come! Come to the place where the greatest miracle in all time took place! Come, be part of it! Come see!” While there are different understandings of what that miracle was, it is clear that it is a special place.

This trip will profoundly influence “The Father’s Love International Ministries”. I don’t know how, but it will. In fact I have learned that Passover is a time to BRING IN THE NEW! So if you are sensing the Lord is stirring change in your spirit, this is why. This change is from God, not man! Hallelujah!

It would be wonderful leave my hosts with a love offering. They have an amazing ministry here and I can safely say this is very fertile soil in which to plant seed. If you would like to sow into what they are doing in Jerusalem, 100% of your gift will be given to them.

MISSION ISRAEL!

It is my joy to report that the Lord has opened doors and made kingdom connections I never could have for my trip to Israel! Truly I stand amazed – only God!!! During these times of turmoil, I know the Lord is sending a word of life, hope and love to His people, Israel; I am so blessed to be a readied pen in His hand. A friend recently told me something the Lord revealed about this great nation, “Words of deliverance are stepping up for God’s beloved.” I say, “Yes Lord, amen; send me!”

Thankfully, the cost of my airline ticket has now been covered, but I don’t wish to be a burden to my hosts. Food and petrol costs are up and I must keep in mind the 9th commandment of mission travel, “Thou shalt not be a burden to the nationals or missionaries.” Please consider sowing into this trip – especially if you have a desire to go to Israel.  May the Father magnify it back to you in due season; I vow to be vigilant with its use. Whatever He has called you to do, do it in faith knowing He is your Reward – your Exceedingly Great Reward! (See Genesis 15:1.)

The Father’s Love – Mission News

February 28, 2011

In 2006 when the Lord made it clear He wanted me to go to Uganda, no one was more surprised than I was – well except maybe my husband, Jeff!  Since the Lord had not given me any indication what was on the horizon for 2011, I really thought I would be at home writing more. In fact I just put a small book together that went to print today!  I thought that was the plan for the year.

However, this past week the Lord let me know He didn’t just want me to be writing, but that He wants me to be in Jerusalem for Passover!!! Can you imagine my shock?  He has actually given me three assignments while there and I am to go from April 11th to April 27th.  When I brought up to Him the fact that April 11th is only 6 weeks away, He reminded me that that was twice the amount of time I had to prepare to go to Uganda the first time!  He is FULL OF SURPRISES!!!

I completely trust that He will provide for this trip and open doors only He can open.  If he is speaking to you to be part of His provision, I gratefully receive it.  All donations are tax-deductible (USA) and you can send a check or money order to:

Or you may give online at PayPal at www.thefathersloveim.org

Recently I wrote a booklet which is the first compilation of visions that I call “Jewels from the River” and I will send you the e-book for free for a donation of any amount.

Your prayers are always needed and necessary for a trip like this, so thank you for your intercessions.  You are a blessing.

In the Father’s Love,

Judy Bauman

The mission trips taken by this ministry have touched pastors and their congregations, schools and the children visited, townspeople and villagers, but none have been touched in their hearts as deeply as I have.  Please enjoy the photographs from each trip (though there could be so many more).  Your prayers are appreciated.
